Colour Red. Fresh and fruity. Smooth and mellow. Alc 11 % vol. A low-alcohol aperitif made from infusions of orange peel and aromatic herbs. It has a fresh, fruity scent and a smooth, mellow flavour. The classic recipe for aperitif Spritz : 3 parts Prosecco, 2 parts ELEVEN and 1 part seltzer or soda. It is also excellent as a base for long drinks and cocktails.
