Tasted 9/2/2026. Cultivated using the ancient bush-trained system which is naturally low-yield, it nonetheless has great concentration and organoleptic complexity. Manual harvesting with slight over-ripening during the last ten days of September. Aging in oak barrels for 12 months and refining in bottle for 3 months before release. A Negroamaro red wine with a strong personality yet a delicate palate. Fruity with typical notes of Mediterranean scrubland and tertiary hints due to ageing of vanilla and cloves. Full-bodied with soft and long finish.
