Bright, pale straw yellow with pale green notes. Initially quite playful on the nose of banana, peach and mango, then becomes increasingly complex, some flint and aniseed. Juicy on the palate, shows beautiful yellow fruit notes, racy, well-integrated acidity, gives liveliness, subtle smoky notes on the finish, salty, still appears very young.

An elegant version, with an enticing, lightly toasty nose and a pretty range of ripe apricot and glazed tangerine, plus rich details of vanilla-infused pastry cream and smoked almond. Round and medium-bodied, this is a lithe, mouthwatering version, showing good focus without excessive weight. Chardonnay and Grechetto.
