Do you have a retail store?
No. Intervino Singapore is a locally established fine wine distributor, supplying directly from our warehouse to trade partners, F&B establishments, corporate clients, and private collectors.

How long can I store my wines and spirits ?
The shelf life of wines and spirits depends on the type and storage conditions. Everyday wines are best enjoyed within 2–5 years, while fine wines can mature gracefully for decades when cellared properly. Once opened, wines should generally be consumed within a few days, though fortified wines last longer. Spirits, on the other hand, have an almost indefinite shelf life when sealed. After opening, they remain stable for years if stored upright, tightly closed, and away from heat and sunlight.
How should I store my wine or spirit ?
Wine and spirits are best stored in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and heat. Wines should be kept at a consistent temperature, ideally between 12–18°C, with bottles lying on their sides to keep corks moist. Spirits, once sealed, can be stored upright indefinitely; after opening, they remain stable for years if tightly closed and kept away from temperature fluctuations. Proper storage preserves the quality and ensures every pour is enjoyed at its best

Yes, we are happy to assist with special requests. If you’re looking for a particular wine, our team will do our best to source and bring it in through our trusted network, ensuring you receive the bottle you’re after.
What is the legal age to buy from your store?
In compliance with Singapore law, the minimum legal age to purchase wines and spirits is 18 years. By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

What modes of payment do you accept?
We accept a variety of secure payment methods, including bank transfer, PayNow, and major credit cards such as VISA and Mastercard, ensuring a smooth and convenient checkout experience for all customers. Please contact us if your payment is declined or if you encounter any problem during checkout. If we can’t resolve the issue, please contact your bank directly to follow up.
How do I use my offer code?
You can apply your promotional code at the checkout page before making payment. Simply enter the code, and the discounted or promotional price will be automatically reflected in your final amount before completing the transaction.
Shipping
What are your delivery fees ?
We deliver exclusively within Singapore. Enjoy free delivery on orders of $300 or more; for smaller orders, a delivery fee of $25 applies per trip. Alternatively, customers may arrange self-collection by appointment at our warehouse: 45 Jalan Pemimpin, Unit 03-02A, Foo Wah Industrial Building.
What are your available delivery timeslots?
Select your preferred delivery window: 10 AM–2 PM or 2–5 PM, ensuring your wines arrive at the most convenient time for you.
Can you deliver at a specific time instead of within a timeslot?
We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, a two-hour margin is required to account for potential delays due to workload or unforeseen traffic conditions
What is the cut-off time for same-day deliveries ?
We do not offer same-day deliveries. Orders are typically packed on the day of purchase and delivered the following day.
Do you ship on public holidays?
We do not deliver on Public Holidays or Weekends
Do you deliver to multiple addresses?
Yes, we can deliver to multiple addresses. Please note that standard delivery charges apply if the order does not meet the $300 free delivery threshold.
Can I change my shipping timeslot after my order has been submitted?
If you need to adjust your delivery date, timeslot, or other delivery details, please contact us by phone as soon as possible
What happens if no one is available when my order arrives?
If no one is present to receive your delivery, our driver will leave your order in a secure, sheltered, and safe location, such as a doorstep or nearby cabinet. If the driver feels the spot is unsuitable, we will contact you for further instructions. To ensure smooth delivery, we appreciate advance notice of any potential issues.

Do you offer gift vouchers?
We currently do not offer gift vouchers. For special promotions or collaborations, we provide unique promo codes that can be redeemed at the checkout when making purchases on our website.
Do you provide gift wrapping services?
While we do not offer standard gift wrapping, we can, upon request, pack your order in our bespoke Made-in-Italy Onewine.sg carton boxes, embossed with our logo. These high-quality boxes are elegant and presentable. Some wines come pre-wrapped from the winery or in original wooden/gift boxes. We’re happy to provide a list of products already packaged this way for your reference.
Can you omit the receipt if my order is a gift?
Please inform us in advance if your order is a gift. We will deliver it with only a Delivery Order, omitting price information.
