Free delivery is available for orders of $300 and above. For orders below this amount, a delivery fee of $25 per
trip per location applies. Self-collection from our cellar warehouse is available by appointment only

Same-day delivery is not available. Orders are usually packed on the same day for next-day delivery. Standard
delivery time slots are 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM. Deliveries are not available on weekends or
public holidays.

We do not offer returns or refunds.
For older vintages (bottles aged 10 years or more), we guarantee three key indicators to ensure the wine is in
good provenance:
 1. The wine retains a healthy red colour.
 2. There is no leakage at the cork.
 3. The ullage (wine level) is at a proper level, ideally above shoulder and not below shoulder.
If these conditions are met, the wine is considered of good provenance. Please note that if the wine does not
match your personal taste after opening, we cannot provide a refund or replacement. It is also normal for older
wines to appear slightly cloudy upon delivery, as sediments may have shifted during transport.

For first-time buyers, we recommend the following to fully enjoy these wines:

• Stand bottles upright for a few days to allow sediments to settle. The wine is ready when it appears
  clear with sediments resting at the bottom.
• Decant slowly and avoid disturbing sediments when pouring. Discard the last portion containing heavy
  sediment. A professional wine filter may also be used.
• Avoid serving immediately after transportation, such as bringing the bottle directly to a restaurant, as
  sediments may have been disturbed, resulting in cloudy wine.

Old vintages are best appreciated for their mellow, rounded, and harmonious character, rather than the bold
fruitiness of younger wines. They pair beautifully with simply cooked dishes, avoiding heavy sauces that can
overpower their delicate nuances.
