Pio Dolcetto 85ā. Bottle opened at 3pm. Cork crumbled. Beautiful bright deep ruby red. A little musky at first. After 10 mins, red fruits, mint, anise seed, fennel emerged. 3 hours later, the wine develops complexity. Tea leaves, liquorice and liquor red cherries. Medium body. Mellow. Nice !
