The 2009 Nova Domus emerges from the glass with a rich tapestry of lychee, ripe pears, smoke, anise and spices. It is interesting to see how the Nova Domus, a Pinot Bianco/Chardonnay/Pinot Bianco blend, is fresher than the straight Pinot Bianco Riserva Vorberg in this vintage, probably because of the high altitude of these parcels. There is more than enough minerality in the glass to make me think the 2009 will age gracefully for years. 2013 - 2029
