This red wine comes from the heart of Salento in Puglia and is made exclusively from 100% Primitivo grapes. Once fully ripe, the grapes are hand-harvested with great care. After fermentation, the wine undergoes a gentle malolactic process in the bottle over 2â3 months, giving it added softness and balance. It displays a brilliant ruby-red hue and offers an intense bouquet of ripe red fruits, cherry, blueberry, black plum, vanilla, and aromatic herbs
