Donna Olimpia 1898 Millepassi Bolgheri Superiore DOC 2017

Deep ruby red to the edge. An irresistible nose that reveals aromas of blueberries, black elderberry, but also crémant chocolate, mocha, some suede and a touch of undergrowth. On the palate there is a lot of Bolgheri typicality: dark berry aromas, including cherries, accompanied by mineral notes and skilful toasted aromas of brown bread and vanilla, overall very densely structured and powerful, promising brilliant storage potential; not diminishing in the explosive finale with a long reverberation.
